Families who need a home. We are a business - there's no getting around that (you can read more about that here). Still, our focus remains on providing a beautiful home, at a reasonable price, for any family that needs one. Anyone who has rented a house from us will tell you that we care for our renters. Without them, all this would be for nothing!

About Me!
My name is Jim Meloche, the founder of Big Creek Properties. I started Big Creek Properties to help the residents of our community on two fronts: To provide solutions to homeowners interested in selling their homes fast, transparently and honestly.
And to give back to our community by fixing or upgrading the homes we buy and renting them at fair prices to those in need of a place to live.
